Burn-Out

11.png

When the human brain starts doubting and questioning itself, it comes to an unsolvable overthinking which causes nothing but damage to mental health. This walk-in installation is aiming to represent this easy and quick burn of spoiled thoughts after that one seed of doubt is planted in the mind.

The audience can manage to walk around and stand in the middle of this overwhelmed cube. In doing so, they are encouraged to see how much weight we are putting on our devotedly working brains once we start questioning our motives and making the problems more complex than they already are.

Reflective white walls: To increase the sense of overwhelm by doubling the contrast and shadows.

Soft fabric wires: Playing with texture, feeling earthy while touching them to move around.

Two wired structures mounted together. Connection parts are soft wire to increase mobility while the texts are hard-wired to sustain the shape.
